Our plans have the following structure:
To change from a plan with less resources to one with more resources, we will call it Upgrade.
The change to a plane with less resources, we will call it Downgrade.
You can request the change of the plan at any time through the system itself (4YouSee Manager).
In the case of an upgrade for the Startup or Advanced plans were requested, the system will generate the charge for the value of the difference of the license in relation to the new value of the plans, respecting the proportionality of the days that are still to be used .
If it is a downgrade for Light or Startup plans, there will be no refund of the value of the license already paid.
