In Reports and Graph of the state of the Network you will be able to know through a graph organized by groups the last contact of the Players in the network.
To access this graph, you can do it through the main menu Reports and Analysis (1)> Graphs and Indicators (2)> Reports and Graph of the state of the Network (3)
The Report reflects the number of Players of the groups in each state of the network.
Network status:
Online: Player's last contact was less than 10 minutes.
Alert: Player's last contact was less than 20 minutes.
Offline: Player's last contact was less than 30 minutes.
Demand assistance: Player's last contact was less than 24 hours.
Local Asistance Needed: Player's last contact was more than 24 hours.
Never Accessed : It has never been installed on a PC.
Observation: Hovering over the color bar for the state will show what each refers to.
