The operations logs consist of auditing the changes that have been made in the 4YouSee Manager platform. To observe this, it is necessary access to the main menu, Reports and Analytics(1) > Charts and Indicators (2) > Operations Logs (3).
Then, will appear the next options.
The first is the Period (1) of time in which you want to search (Optional).
The second is the Operation Type (2) where you can choose according to the list, which exactly you want to monitor. (Optional)
The third is the User (3) who will filter the changes that only the user you select has made.
After this, two graphs will appear that summarize the search result that is filtered with the previous options.
Place the cursor over the part of the graph to display more information.
Click on the part to highlight it.
If you do not select Operation Type or User, and yet you consult, all the changes made by all users will appear.
